How you buy
Terms

Service targets in a signed contract are targets, not a guarantee of zero downtime. Emergency response for South Florida contract clients is a 4-hour target.
The property must provide adequate water pressure, drain, gas, and electrical capacity. Upgrades are the owner’s cost unless quoted.
Third-party card or app vendors have their own fees and terms. We disclose that in the quote when applicable.
Install windows are agreed in writing. After-hours work may carry a stated premium.
