Can WAPTECCO respond to a formal RFP or RFQ?

Do you carry the required insurance for government contracts?
Yes. We carry commercial General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage as required by Florida law. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request and can be named as additional insured for specific contracts.

Do you sell to individual homeowners, or only businesses?
We serve everyone — from individual homeowners to large institutions. Our rent-to-own program is especially popular with homeowners who want quality appliances without a large upfront cost.
What is the minimum order for rent-to-own?
A single unit — you can rent-to-own a single washer, dryer, refrigerator, or any appliance. There is no minimum quantity requirement for homeowners.
Do you handle delivery and installation for homes?
Yes. All orders include professional delivery and installation by our licensed, insured technicians. We handle placement, connection, and testing before we leave.
What if the equipment breaks during my rent-to-own period?
All repairs for normal wear and tear are included at no extra cost throughout your entire rental period. Simply call us and we dispatch a technician — parts and labor are covered.
Is a credit check required for rent-to-own?
We do a soft credit review for agreements over 24 months. Shorter-term agreements may not require a credit check. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Can I upgrade to a newer model during my rent-to-own agreement?
Yes. We offer structured upgrade pathways that allow you to transition to newer equipment before your current term ends. Contact us to discuss available options.

How long does installation typically take?
For residential and small commercial orders: 1 day. For full commercial facility setups (laundry rooms, commercial kitchens): 3–10 business days depending on scope. We provide a firm timeline at the proposal stage.
What is your emergency response time for contract clients?
Under 4 hours for critical failures, for clients on active service contracts within our South Florida service area. 24/7 emergency support is available for hospitality and healthcare clients.
Do you offer bulk pricing for hotel chains or property management companies?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for multi-unit deployments. Contact our commercial team for a customized proposal with volume pricing.
Can you match or beat competitor quotes?
We are competitive on pricing and will work to meet reasonable market rates for equivalent equipment and service levels. We encourage you to share competitor quotes during the proposal stage so we can provide our best offer.

Yes. Equipment removal and disposal is available as part of our installation service. Ask about this when requesting your quote.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. All installation and maintenance technicians are licensed, background-checked, and covered under our company liability insurance.
