The Industrial Project Process

Industrial installations require careful planning and execution. Here is our proven process for delivering equipment that performs reliably in demanding environments.

1

Industrial Requirements Assessment

Same day consultation

Contact our industrial team to discuss your facility needs. We gather information about: your operation type (manufacturing, processing, distribution), daily volume requirements, types of materials being processed (uniforms, shop towels, mops, industrial rags), contamination levels (oil, grease, chemicals, food), shift schedules, and any safety or compliance requirements specific to your industry.

2

Facility Site Survey

Within 5-7 business days

Our industrial specialists visit your facility to assess: available floor space and ceiling height, utility infrastructure (steam availability, water pressure, electrical capacity, gas lines), drainage and waste water handling, ventilation requirements, material flow patterns, and integration points with existing operations. We review your current processes to identify optimization opportunities.

3

Safety & Compliance Review

Included with site survey

For industrial installations, we conduct a thorough safety review including: OSHA compliance requirements, fire codes and suppression needs, chemical handling and storage regulations, ventilation and air quality standards, ergonomic considerations for operators, and any industry-specific certifications required (FDA for food processing, etc.).

4

Engineering Proposal

7-10 business days

You receive a comprehensive proposal including: detailed equipment specifications with capacity calculations, CAD layout drawings showing equipment placement and workflow, complete cost breakdown (equipment, installation, utilities, training), financing options (purchase, lease, or rental), projected operating costs and ROI analysis, and maintenance and service plan options.

5

Contract & Project Planning

1-2 weeks

Upon approval, we finalize the service agreement and create a detailed project plan. This includes: equipment procurement timeline, installation schedule coordinated with your operations (often during shutdowns or off-shifts), permit applications if required, utility upgrade coordination, and milestone checkpoints. We assign a dedicated project manager to your installation.

6

Professional Installation

1-4 weeks depending on scope

Our certified industrial installation team handles: equipment delivery with industrial rigging (cranes, forklifts as needed), concrete work and anchoring for heavy equipment, all utility connections (steam, water, gas, electrical), ventilation and exhaust hookups, chemical dispensing system installation, and integration with your facility systems. We work around your production schedule.

7

Commissioning & Operator Training

2-5 days

After installation, we commission all equipment with full testing under load conditions. Operator training covers: safe operation procedures, cycle selection for different material types, chemical handling protocols, basic troubleshooting, daily cleaning and inspection routines, and emergency shutdown procedures. Training includes certification for operators working with industrial equipment.

8

Production Ramp-Up Support

First 1-2 weeks of operation

We provide on-site support during your initial production ramp-up to: fine-tune cycle times and chemical dosing, optimize workflow and throughput, address any operational questions, and ensure your team is fully confident operating the equipment. We do not leave until you are running at target capacity.

9

Industrial Maintenance Partnership

Ongoing partnership

Industrial clients receive specialized support including: scheduled preventive maintenance during planned shutdowns, priority emergency response with 4-hour SLA, local parts inventory for critical components, performance monitoring and optimization recommendations, and annual equipment assessments. We become your long-term partner in maintaining operational excellence.
