How quickly can you respond to a tender inquiry?
We aim to acknowledge a tender inquiry within one business day and submit a full response within 5–7 business days, depending on the RFP.
Is there a minimum order size?

What warranty comes with the equipment?
Manufacturer warranty applies. Any extra coverage is written into the quote or contract.
