Initial Consultation

You contact us via phone, email, or the website form. We discuss your equipment needs, facility type, and budget. This conversation helps us understand exactly what you require.

Site Assessment

Within 3-5 Business Days

Our team visits your location to assess the space, electrical and plumbing requirements, access points for delivery, and any special considerations. This ensures we recommend the right equipment.

Proposal & Quotation

2-3 Business Days After Assessment

Based on the assessment, we prepare a detailed proposal including equipment specifications, pricing, installation costs, warranty terms, and optional maintenance plans. All costs are transparent with no hidden fees.

Contract Agreement

1-2 Business Days

Once you approve the proposal, we prepare a formal service contract outlining all terms, payment schedule, delivery timeline, and warranty conditions. You review and sign the agreement.

Varies by Equipment

We order your equipment from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers. For in-stock items, this is immediate. For special orders, we provide estimated delivery timelines.

Delivery & Installation

Scheduled with Client

Our professional team delivers the equipment to your location and performs complete installation. This includes setup, testing, and ensuring everything operates correctly.

Training & Handover

Same Day as Installation

We train your staff on proper equipment operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting. You receive all documentation, warranties, and our support contact information.

Ongoing Support

Throughout Warranty Period

Your warranty period begins. If you opted for a maintenance plan, scheduled services commence. Our support team is available for any questions or issues.

Contract Equipment Warranty

All equipment purchased through service contracts includes a standard 12-24 month manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Installation is also warranted for 90 days covering any setup-related issues.
