1. Acceptance of Terms

Waptecco provides commercial and residential equipment supply, installation, maintenance, and related services throughout Florida. Our services include:

  • Commercial and residential laundry equipment supply
  • Kitchen equipment supply and installation
  • Office equipment supply and installation
  • Equipment maintenance and repair services
  • Tender and procurement services

3. Equipment Supply & Installation

Equipment supplied by Waptecco is provided "as is" unless otherwise specified in a written contract. All specifications, delivery dates, and pricing are subject to our written confirmation. Installation services are performed by qualified technicians and follow manufacturer specifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the type of agreement:

  • Direct purchase: Payment due upon invoice as specified
  • Service contracts: Payment due according to contract schedule
  • Rent-to-own: Monthly payments as per rental agreement
  • Tender/procurement: Payment terms as specified in bid acceptance

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges as permitted by law.

5. Warranty & Liability

Equipment supplied by Waptecco comes with manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated. Waptecco is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Modifications made by third parties
  • Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Environmental damages or acts of God

6. Rent-to-Own Agreement Terms

Rent-to-own agreements allow customers to use equipment with the option to purchase at the end of the rental term. Key terms include:

  • Monthly rental payments as specified in the agreement
  • Maintenance and repairs included in rental package unless specified otherwise
  • Option to purchase at residual value upon completion of rental term
  • Equipment remains property of Waptecco until purchase is completed

7. Service Contract Terms

Service contracts outline the scope of maintenance, repair, and support services provided. Specific terms, response times, coverage areas, and exclusions are detailed in the individual service contract.

8. Tender & Procurement Terms

Waptecco participates in formal procurement processes including government tenders, RFPs, and competitive bidding. All bids and proposals are subject to our standard terms unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

9. Cancellation & Returns Policy

Equipment returns and cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Direct purchases: Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery in original condition
  • Service contracts: Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
  • Rent-to-own: Early termination may result in penalties as detailed in the agreement
  • Restocking fees may apply to returned equipment

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waptecco's liability is limited to the amount paid for equipment or services in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicting law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
