Structural defects in equipment housing
Motor and compressor failures
Heating and cooling element defects

Warranty Duration

The warranty period for tender and contract equipment ranges from 12 to 24 months, depending on:

  • Equipment Type: Different equipment categories have different standard warranty periods based on manufacturer specifications.
  • Manufacturer Terms: We pass through the full manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and product line.
  • Contract Terms: Your specific contract may include extended warranty provisions based on your agreement.

Warranty period begins from the date of installation completion, not the date of purchase or delivery.

How to Use Your Warranty

1

Report the Issue

Contact our support team by phone or email. Provide your contract number, equipment serial number, and a description of the problem you are experiencing.

2

Warranty Verification

Our team will verify your warranty status and confirm that the reported issue falls within warranty coverage. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

3

Schedule Service

Once approved, we schedule a certified technician to visit your location. We coordinate with you to find a convenient time that minimizes disruption to your operations.

4

Repair Completion

The technician diagnoses and repairs the equipment. All parts and labor for warranty-covered issues are provided at no cost to you. You receive documentation of the repair for your records.

Important Information

  • Keep Your Documentation: Retain all purchase documents, installation certificates, and contract paperwork. These are required for warranty claims.
  • Use Authorized Service: Warranty coverage may be voided if repairs are performed by unauthorized technicians.
  • Report Issues Promptly: Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Continued use of malfunctioning equipment may cause additional damage not covered by warranty.
  • Normal Operating Conditions: Warranty coverage assumes equipment is used according to manufacturer guidelines and within specified operating parameters.
