Cancellation

Quotes are not orders

A quote can be withdrawn or allowed to expire. No cancellation fee applies until you accept in writing or issue a purchase order.

After you accept

• Before we place the factory or distributor order: You may cancel in writing. Deposits are refunded minus any documented third-party charges already incurred.
• After the factory order is placed: Cancellation follows the vendor’s restocking rules. Those costs are passed through and stated when we confirm the cancel.
• After the unit ships or a crew is booked: Freight, restocking, and a mobilization charge may apply. Installed work is not cancellable; use the return and warranty policies.

Service contracts and rent-to-own

Early termination, notice periods, and buyout are in the signed agreement. This page does not override a government PO or a written contract.

How to cancel

Email info@waptecco.com with the quote or PO number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject. We confirm in writing during business hours. Do not assume a voicemail is a cancel.
