How equipment is delivered

Waptecco supplies commercial laundry, kitchen, and office equipment in Florida. Freight, liftgate, inside delivery, and installation are quoted on the written proposal, not sold as a $9.99 checkout add-on.

What the quote includes

• Carrier and method (common carrier, dedicated truck, or technician delivery)
• Whether liftgate, inside delivery, or stairs apply
• Installation, connections, and commissioning if you purchased them
• Lead time from factory or warehouse, stated in business days or weeks

Site requirements

You confirm access, parking, dock or elevator, and that water, drain, gas, and electrical service match the specification. Extra carpentry, permits, or utility upgrades are billed only if they appear on the quote or a written change order.

Damage in transit

Note visible damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Photograph the packaging and the unit. Email info@waptecco.com within two business days. Claims follow the carrier and manufacturer process. We will help file them.

Service area

Primary coverage is Florida, with fastest scheduling in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Other Florida counties are served on a scheduled basis. We do not offer a published international parcel program.
