Equipment Supply

Equipment is available through three procurement methods: tender programs for government and institutional clients, direct service contracts for businesses, and rent-to-own arrangements for those who prefer to spread costs over time.

Installation Services
Professional installation is included with all equipment purchases and rent-to-own agreements. Our technicians ensure equipment is properly installed, connected, and tested before handover.
Prior to installation, we conduct a site assessment to verify that your location has the necessary electrical outlets, water connections (for applicable equipment), ventilation, and space requirements.
Installation is typically completed on the same day as delivery for standard equipment. Larger or more complex setups may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance.
Maintenance Services
We offer optional maintenance plans for clients who want proactive care for their equipment. Maintenance plans include scheduled inspections, cleaning, calibration, and preventive servicing to keep equipment running efficiently.
Maintenance is recommended for commercial and high-usage equipment to extend lifespan, prevent breakdowns, and maintain warranty coverage. Plans are priced as a percentage of equipment value and billed monthly or annually.
For rent-to-own clients, repairs for normal wear and tear are included in the rental agreement at no additional cost throughout the rental period.

Warranty Coverage
All equipment we supply comes with manufacturer warranty coverage. Standard warranties range from 12 to 24 months depending on the equipment type and manufacturer.
For rent-to-own clients, warranty protection extends throughout the entire rental period until ownership transfers, providing continuous coverage with no gaps.
Extended warranty options are available for clients who want additional protection beyond the standard coverage period. Ask about extended warranty pricing when requesting a quote.
