Own the equipment at delivery. Manufacturer warranty plus any service you add in writing.
12, 24, or 36 months. Response targets apply only when the contract states them.

The property provides water pressure, drain, gas, and electrical capacity. Upgrades are the owner’s cost unless the quote includes them.
Repair coverage is only what the signed agreement lists. Misuse and missing utilities are excluded.
Card and app vendors charge their own fees. Those fees are disclosed in the quote when they apply.
