Completing Your Warranty Claim
Once the technician completes the repair, your warranty claim is resolved. The issue should be fixed and your equipment back to normal operation at no cost to you for covered repairs.
Claim Complete
For warranty-covered repairs, you pay nothing. Parts and labor are included in your warranty coverage.
Documentation You Will Receive
- Service report detailing the work performed
- Parts replaced (if any)
- Technician notes and findings
- Confirmation that equipment passed post-repair testing
After the Repair
Keep your service documentation for your records. If the same issue recurs, contact us and reference the previous repair. Repaired components may have their own warranty period.
If you experience any issues after the repair, or if the problem was not fully resolved, contact us immediately. We want to ensure your equipment operates correctly.
