The first step in the warranty claim process is to contact our support team. You can reach us by phone or email. When you contact us, please have the following information ready:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Contract or agreement number
  • Equipment serial number (found on the equipment label)
  • Description of the issue you are experiencing
  • When the problem first occurred
