Our rent-to-own warranty provides extended protection throughout your entire rental agreement. Unlike standard warranties that expire after a fixed period, this warranty remains active until you complete your payments and take full ownership of the equipment. This ensures you are never left without coverage during your rental period.

What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Component failures under normal operating conditions
Electrical and mechanical system malfunctions
Control panel and software issues
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Motor, compressor, and heating element failures
Structural issues affecting operation
Sensor and safety system malfunctions

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • -Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • -Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the equipment
  • -Damage from improper installation (if not installed by Waptecco)
  • -Damage caused by power surges or improper electrical supply
  • -Cosmetic damage that does not affect equipment operation
  • -Damage from environmental factors such as flooding or fire
  • -Damage from using non-approved chemicals or supplies
