What Are Wear Items?
Wear items are components that are expected to degrade and require replacement as part of normal equipment operation. These items have a limited lifespan by design and are typically not covered under standard warranty.
Common Wear Items (Usually Not Covered)
- Air and water filters
- Drive belts and pulleys
- Door seals and gaskets
- Light bulbs
- Fuses
- Lint screens and traps
- Cleaning brushes and pads
Exception: Rent-to-Own
Under the Rent-to-Own warranty, normal wear and tear repairs are included throughout the rental term. This is a key benefit of the rent-to-own program.
