Why Environmental Damage Is Excluded

Damage caused by environmental factors, natural disasters, or conditions outside normal operating environments is not covered by warranty. These events are beyond both our control and the equipment manufacturer's design parameters.

Excluded Environmental Damage

  • Flooding or water damage from external sources
  • Fire damage
  • Earthquake damage
  • Hurricane or storm damage
  • Damage from extreme temperatures outside specifications
  • Corrosion from salt air or harsh chemicals in environment
  • Pest infestation damage
  • Mold or mildew damage from improper storage

Protecting Your Equipment

  • Install equipment in climate-controlled environments when required
  • Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating
  • Protect equipment from water intrusion
  • Consider equipment insurance for natural disaster coverage
