What This Covers

Structural defects are flaws in the physical housing or frame of equipment that affect its operation or safety. These defects originate from manufacturing and are covered under warranty.

Examples of Covered Structural Defects

  • Frame or cabinet cracks from manufacturing stress
  • Door alignment issues that prevent proper sealing
  • Hinges that fail under normal use
  • Rust or corrosion present at delivery
  • Warped panels affecting operation
  • Improper welds that fail during use

Not Covered

Physical damage from impacts, drops, or mishandling is not covered. Cosmetic damage that does not affect equipment operation is also excluded.
