1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with WAPTECCO Smart Appliance Solutions LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all equipment purchases, rentals, installations, and maintenance services provided by the Company.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Supply of commercial laundry, kitchen, and office equipment
  • Equipment rental and rent-to-own programs
  • Professional installation services
  • Maintenance services (under applicable maintenance plans)

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are subject to change until confirmed in writing
  • Custom solutions may require site inspection
  • Pricing excludes taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Delivery and installation costs are specified separately in quotes

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be defined in each contract or invoice
  • Late payments may incur penalties as specified in the agreement
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, check, and major credit cards

5. Rental Terms

a. Ownership

All rented equipment remains the property of the Company until full payment is received and ownership is formally transferred (in the case of rent-to-own agreements).

b. Usage

Clients agree to use equipment properly and in accordance with provided guidelines and user manuals.

c. Repairs

  • Repairs for rental equipment are included for normal wear and tear during the rental period
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification will be charged to the client
  • Clients must report equipment issues promptly to avoid further damage

6. Installation

  • Installation services are performed according to agreed scope
  • Clients must ensure site readiness prior to installation, including necessary electrical and plumbing connections
  • Installation is warranted for 90 days covering any setup-related issues
  • Additional site preparation work (if required) will be quoted separately

7. Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance services are subject to selected service plan
  • Response times vary based on service level agreements (SLA)
  • Maintenance plans do not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs
  • Clients must provide reasonable access for maintenance visits

8. Warranties

  • Equipment warranties depend on manufacturer terms, typically 12-24 months
  • Rent-to-own equipment is covered by warranty throughout the rental period
  • No additional warranties are implied unless stated in writing
  • Extended warranty options are available upon request

9. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the value of services provided
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

  • Non-payment of invoices or rental fees
  • Misuse of equipment
  • Breach of agreement terms
  • Fraudulent activity

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
